BAD DAY

Today was such a bad day! Not bad to the point that I was in a bad mood, but bad in a way that everything went wrong in a humerous way.

So to get my day started, I slept in and was running VERY late. I usually run slightly late and end up doing my make-up on the way to work or when I get to work. But today I barely had time to get dressed. I picked the first outfit that came to mind then got Aubree dressed and ready to go. As I'm getting her in her car seat she started fussing, which, if you know Aubree, is pretty unusual for her. Then it hits me... I forgot to give her a bottle. So I fix her a bottle and run out the door. I finally get to my in-laws (that's where I drop Aubree off every morning), get out and go to get Aubree out of the back seat. As I am pulling Aubree out of the car, my car starts rolling forward. I FORGOT TO PUT IT IN PARK!! I hurry to slam on the brake, barely missing my father in-law's car. Luckily my wheel was still turned from when I turned into the driveway or it would have hit his car. Then I realize my dog is missing.... Oh great! Did I run over the dog? Barely missed him. I dropped Aubree of and headed to work. Everything was fine. I put my make up on and then went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I look in the mirror and SUPRISE! I ripped the slit of my skirt up to my butt cheeks. "How am I going to leave the bathroom looking like this?", I ask myself. I scurried back to my office and found an apron to wrap around me. Luckily my boss had made me wear the apron a few days prior when I was passing out snacks to the agents. Ok, so now I think to myself "how am I going to get from my office to my car to go home and change, without looking like a complete idiot? I call Gina, the receptionist, to see if she has any safety pins. Nope. Of course not. I hurry out of my office, with the apron still wrapped around me, and drove home to change.

What an exhausiting day.... and that was only the first 3 hours of my day. Time to get some rest so I can make it to work on time tomorrow!
